After moonlighting the business for the last 3 years, he left the comfort of his dayjob this January to scale 100&NOMORE. With a glass of 100&NOMORE in our hand in famous Cotton House of Barcelona, Ricardo will explain to us how he went about launching a new premium brand from scratch, lessons learned along the way, and his vision for the future.
